{"id":10,"date":"2025-05-24T09:35:31","date_gmt":"2025-05-24T07:35:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/booking.amstertram.nl\/?page_id=10"},"modified":"2025-06-10T14:03:35","modified_gmt":"2025-06-10T12:03:35","slug":"refund_returns","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/booking.amstertram.nl\/en\/refund_returns\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms and Conditions AmsterTram 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Definitions<\/strong> In these terms, the following definitions apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Provider<\/em>: AmsterTram, the party applying these general terms and conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Customer<\/em>: Any natural or legal person entering into an agreement with the Provider, whether or not acting in the course of a profession or business.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 1: No Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.1 Reservations made with AmsterTram are final. The legal 14-day withdrawal period does not apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 2: General<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1 These terms apply to all offers and reservations unless agreed otherwise in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.2 Reservations are made online at <a>www.AmsterTram.nl<\/a>. Payment confirms the reservation. A confirmation is sent by email and must be shown upon arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.3 These terms are made available electronically and can be downloaded. If unavailable, a copy will be provided on request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.4 Deviations from these terms must be confirmed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.5 If any term is invalid, the rest remain in effect. A replacement will be agreed upon that reflects the original intent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 3: Reservations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1 Offers are clearly described. Errors or obvious mistakes are non-binding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2 Offers include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Total price including taxes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment and confirmation process;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Booking requirements (minimum age: 18).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.3 AmsterTram reserves the right to refuse or change a reservation and will offer alternatives or refund if needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.4 Confirmations must be checked for accuracy. Errors must be reported within 10 days and before the visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 4: Personal Data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1 Customer data is used for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reservation management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication regarding changes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optional marketing if the customer consents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.2 Customers may opt out via <a>nieuwsbrief@AmsterTram.nl<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.3 Requests for data access or correction can be sent to <a>info@AmsterTram.nl<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.4 Media taken during the ride may be used for promotional purposes unless objected to by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 5: Agreement Formation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1 The agreement is valid once payment is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.2 The provider ensures secure data transmission and online payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.3 The provider may verify payment ability and reject the reservation with explanation if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.4 The provider will send:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meeting point information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A short version of these terms including withdrawal exclusion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 6: Service Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.1 The provider performs services professionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.2 Only even-numbered bookings can be made online. For odd numbers, contact is required. An empty seat fee may apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.3 Rides last approx. 2.5 hours. Routes and timing may change without entitlement to compensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.4 Customers must provide required information in a timely manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.5 AmsterTram is not liable for damage caused by incorrect customer data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 7: Pricing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.1 Prices are fixed unless VAT or legal rates change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.2 In case of price changes after booking, the customer may cancel if not agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 8: Delays &amp; Cancellations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.1 Delays by the customer may lead to cancellation without refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.2 AmsterTram may request prepayment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 9: Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.1 Cancel or move 10+ days in advance: full refund or voucher (5 euro administration fee).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.2 Cancel or move 10 to 2 days: voucher or move only plus 5 euro administration fee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.3 Cancel within 48 hours: no refund, reservation is transferable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.4 AmsterTram may cancel due to weather or technical issues and will inform customers as early as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 10: Liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.1 AmsterTram is not liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Theft or damage during the ride;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tram breakdowns or route disruptions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delays caused by technical issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.2 Customers are liable for damage caused by themselves or their possessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 11: Governing Law<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11.1 Dutch law applies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11.2 Parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably before legal action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 12: Gift Cards<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.1 No expiry date. Not redeemable for cash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.2 Can only be used once. Misuse will be reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 13: Group Bookings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">13.1 Options can be held for up to 2 weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">13.2 A 20% deposit is due 2 months prior or within 5 business days for short-notice bookings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">13.3 Full payment is due 4 weeks prior (or 2 weeks for last-minute bookings).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">13.4 Rescheduling:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Free up to 8 weeks in advance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 to 1 week: credit voucher;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 week to 72 hours: 50% charge, rest as credit;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Within 72 hours: full charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">13.5 Adjustments to group size:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Less than 48 hours: full charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Up to 10 days prior: max 10% reduction;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10 days to 48 hours: 30% fee;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Definitions In these terms, the following definitions apply: Article 1: No Right of Withdrawal 1.1 Reservations made with AmsterTram are final.
